We’ve been closely partnered with the EMC E-commerce team since mid-2014 and have had the opportunity to reconcept the entire Store user experience and visual design system. We helped transform the existing store experience into a fully branded, easy to navigate, easy to read configure & quote engine.
The EMC Store acts as a hub for all kinds of product information, several different configuration methods, product comparisons, and lead generation forms. The challenge is always to balance the functional requirements, user expectations, and usability common sense to create an experience that is genuinely helpful to the customer and drives real improvements to lead generation.
We continue to work with the EMC e-commerce and merchandising teams to improve the experience and integrate more and more configuration logic and functionality to drive results.
